            The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page thirteen, section three, lines eleven and twelve, by striking out the words “or who is associated with a mining, logging, natural gas or other resource-extraction industry or who is a licensed land surveyor or licensed professional engineer”;

            And,

            On page thirteen, section three, line fifteen, after the word “county” by inserting the following: “or who is associated with a mining, logging, natural gas or other resource-extraction industry or who is a licensed land surveyor or licensed professional engineer”.
